Connection errors regarding encryption have been identified when accessing JotTek with Chrome 49 on Windows XP. Please ensure that your system has updates installed.
Mozilla still provides free security updates on Firefox 115 ESR (Extended Support Release) for Windows 7 and 8.1 users until March 2027. Source
